Q: What type of a soil evaluation do you need?
A: In Georgia, there are four levels of soil evaluations, the local Health Departments require that a Level 3 evaluation be submitted to their office prior to issuing a septic permit. A few counties may require a more detailed Level 4 evaluation if shallow bedrock, water tables, or sticky, plastic clays are encountered. In Tennessee, our Company will perform either High Intensity or Extra High Intensity soil testing.
